Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Consultant, Strategy to join the Corporate Strategic Management team.   This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Job Summary:

As a consultant to Executive and Senior Leaders, this role advances Baptist Health’s Strategic Operating Plan by managing multiple complex strategic projects from their initial development through the entire project lifecycle. It involves leading cross-functional project teams, developing and monitoring KPIs, and facilitating problem-solving through strategy formulation. The consultant will identify and escalate barriers through regular status updates to executive leaders.
