Cook I, PRN, Baptist Beaches

Job Summary

** Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus, if hired!**

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Beaches. This is a PRN opportunity working various shifts as needed for department coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience as a line cook or grill cook. ServSafe certification is a plus.

As a Cook I, you will be responsible for:

• Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies.
• Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures.
• Following HACCP guidelines.

• Less than 1 year Food Service Experience Preferred
