Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center South, located in Jacksonville, FL.This is a Full-Time opportunity, primarily working evening shifts 12:00pm to 8:00pm Monday through Friday with occassional weekends and AM availability.
The ideal Cook II candidate will have a extensive kitchen experience and proven work history in a variety of stations.
As the Cook II, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
- Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line
- Possessing the ability to batch cook
- Following HACCP guidelines
