Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Coordinator, Construction Financial to join the Construction Management team.   This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities include:

• Provides office support for team of construction professionals in projects across entire Baptist Medical Center and all outlying campuses.
• Processes all invoices for all projects and Owner Directed Purchases for all designated projects.
• Tracks all office labor and expense charges to projects. Coordinates with BMC finance on all project accounting, department labor charges, invoices, and construction data base entries.
• Tracks all capital budget request and coordinates with Finance as required.
• All other duties as assigned.
