Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist to our radiology department in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, as a CT Technologist, you will work alongside the radiologist and other disciplines to provide high-quality computed tomography scans that can be used to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. Our CT Technologist at Baptist work closely with radiologists to ensure accurate imaging and patient safety. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for:

• Performing high quality (CT) procedures in accordance to established protocols and guidelines.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient vital signs and comfort during exams.
• Operate CT equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Collaborate with radiologists to provide optimal imaging results.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards.
• Educate patients on the CT process and answer any patient questions.

• Less than 1 year Radiologic Technologist Experience

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Registered Technologist in Computer Tomography ARRT (CT) Required Or
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required Or
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
• FL Licensed Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) Required
