Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Customer Service Rep (CSR) for the Imaging (MRI) Department in Jacksonville, Florida.

The position is Saturday and Sunday from 06:30am-7:00pm.

Customer Service Rep, Imaging Department, Job Responsibilities:

• Performs duties necessary for the smooth operation of the designated areas in conjunction with the technologist.
• Exhibits good communications skills, excellent phone etiquette and promotes good will and a positive reassuring attitude with all customers.
• Provides assistance to technologists, physicians and patients.
• Checks paperwork for accuracy and prepares patients for procedures.
• Participates in patient transfer, transportation and file manipulation.
