Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Finance Operations to join the Finance Administration team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville Campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provides advice, insights, and recommendations based on operational trends, ensuring diligent metric tracking, budgeting, reporting, planning, assisting with monthly close and review of accruals, and forecasting as needed.
  • Supports financial and operational performance by assisting in the development of financial goals; analyzing result.
  • Develops recommendations for operational improvement.
  • The position will include significant reporting responsibilities, as well as development of the annual operating budget and the annual capital budget.
  • Internal communication to ELT and SLT. External communication to the Board of Directors.
