Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a dedicated Emergency Department Technician to work in the Emergency Department at Baptist Medical Center Clay in Fleming Island, FL. This is a Full-time, Nights position.
The Emergency Department Technician will be responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse (RN) with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including:
- Activities of Daily Living
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Collecting lab specimens
- Intake and output monitoring
- Electronic medical record documentation
- An active EMT or CNA license is required for this position

Experience
- Less than 1 year Hospital Experience Required
- Less than 1 year Trasnport Medicine Setting Experience Required
- Less than 1 year Patient Care Experience Required
License and Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Required Or
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant Required Or
