Job Summary

We are looking for an Endovascular Coordinator for the Neurosurgery department at Baptist Jacksonville. This is a full-time days opportunity.

 

This Endovascular Coordinator will work with great providers and staff, and work in a beautiful location.  This office is high volume and high profile which means you will never be bored! This team is very enthusiastic and welcoming.  Everyone is very helpful towards each other and the team works great together. This job is very rewarding!

Endovascular Coordinator Responsibiites: 

  • Provides daily support to Cerebrovascular Services through office operation
  • Schedules surgeries; angiograms, diagnostic procedures, labs, and imaging, per physician, nurse, and manager
  • Coordinates with PACE department
  • Receives and disseminates clinical information as indicated
  • Assists in clinic; manage phone calls and triage accordingly
  • Documents properly in patient charts
  • Monitorst task boxes in EMR to ensure tasks are completed and routed correctlyi n a timely manner
  • Communicates with team members, patient,s and providers to ensure excellent patient care
  • Assists manager with duties such as onboarding new hires, credentialing, planning, and executing educational events, scheduling meetings and managing various calendars

  • Three-Five Years Patient Care Experience Required
  • One-Two Years Scheduling Experience Required
