Executive Director, Business Development/Provider Recruitment, Full-time, Days, Baptist Jacksonville

Job Summary

Responsible for providing oversight and management of Business Development and Physician Recruiting departments for Baptist Physician Enterprise. Participates in the planning, development and execution of relationship-building growth opportunities, inclusive of local market and regional catchment areas. Identifies new business opportunities, innovative programs and services and/or improvements to current services that support the mission, vision and critical success factors of the organization. Leads the team of Business Development Specialists, guiding their individual efforts to cultivate and advance. Responsible for the Baptist Health physician recruitment program, and as such develops and implements an annual physician recruitment plan in accordance with organizational needs and strategic objectives. Actively collaborates with practice administrators and legal counsel in structuring physician recruitment agreements and coordinating the negotiation process. Ensures department services are efficient, responsive, extremely customer-friendly and effective. He/she actively identifies, establishes and leads the team in fostering relationship with key physician residency and fellowship programs across the country, with a focus on programs in the southeastern region of the United States.
