Executive Director, Imaging Service Line, Imaging System Support

Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring an Executive Director, Imaging Service Line to join the Imaging System Support team.   This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.

Coordinates Imaging Services across all Baptist Health departments where Imaging care is provided. This includes inpatient and outpatient care provided at all Baptist Health campuses. Coordination includes partnership with the Mori Bean and Brooks Radiologist group, Baptist Health executive assigned service line as well as the leadership across the various stakeholders and departments within Baptist Health. Is responsible for the integration of services to achieve the highest levels of clinical quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, affordability, & profitable growth. Is accountable for the provision of quality patient care through the implementation of efficient patient process management, service integration, and effective recruitment/retention/development of personnel, capital planning, & new program development. The Executive Director of Imaging leads the administrative Imaging service line meetings and designated work plan committees, and partners with the physicians to achieve co-management outcomes and initiatives. Works cross-functionally with both clinical and support departments in achieving a comprehensive approach/focus. Planning and development is in tandem with the Coastal Health Network, Business Development team, and Marketing team to expand & grow the Imaging Service Line at Baptist Health.

• 7 + years Radiology/Imaging Experience

License and Certification

• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) Required Or
• Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Required Or
• Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required Or
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS) Required Or
• Radiology Certified Coder (RCC) Required Or
• Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA) Preferred
