Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Service Associate II in our Dietary Department at Baptist South, located in Jacksonville, FL.This is a PRN opportunity working 12 hour shifts primarily on Saturday and Sunday, with the opportunity to pick up shifts throughout the week.

This Food Service Associate II, you will be responsible for:

• Performing technical duties, including operating a cash register
• Food prep, food handling, and cooking
• Warewashing and Dishwashing
• Assist in the sanitation and general cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Assist with putting stock away and delivering floor stock when necessary
• Assist with the delivery and retrieval of meal carts for patient floors
• Safe food handling
• Maintaining a safe and sanitary work station in compliance with department policies and standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
