Job Summary
This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality, evidence-based simulation education programs for healthcare professionals within a consolidated healthcare system. This role involves collaborating with clinical departments, educators, and leadership teams to develop scenarios that enhance clinical competency, teamwork, and patient safety. The position also plays a key role in supporting staff development and promoting the integration of simulation-based training into ongoing professional development and clinical practice. Please note: Certification in Healthcare Simulation (e.g. CHSE, CHSOS) must be obtained within two years after hiring.

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
- Nursing Professional Development - Board Certified (NPD-BC) Preferred
