Baptist Health is hiring a Marketing Manager to join the Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Baptist Health is seeking a marketing and communications professional to support the growth and accessibility of assigned clinical service lines by leading the development and execution of integrated marketing plans. This role focuses on driving patient growth and retention through strategic marketing aligned with operational priorities. This team member will join the Marketing & Communications team and will collaborate with service line strategy, operational and business development teams to execute marketing strategies that align with system goals and priorities. This role does not have direct reports.
