Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Medical Office Coordinator for the Baptist Primary Care office located in Ponte Vedra! The shift for this position is Monday through Friday.

 

The primary responsibility of the Medical Office Coordinator is to provide assistance to physicians and coordinate business operations or clinical operations in conjunction with physician and manager.

 

Additional responsibilities for Medical Office Coordinator may include:

  • Processing medication refills
  • Triaging patient calls  
  • Completing prior authorizations
  • Chart preparation
  • Coordination with Home Heath- updates, medical clarifications, triage
  • Sending lab results
  • Coordination with Assisted Living Facility orders - send medical orders, etc.
  • Additional responsibilities may be required based upon office needs
