Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Medical Office Manager III for the Baptist Primary Care office located on University Boulevard! The Medical Office Manager III is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

 

The primary responsibility of the Medical Office Manager III is to manage the day-to-day operations of the physician's office. This large, very busy primary care office is conveniently located on the corner of University Boulevard and the Hart Bridge Expressway, near Atlantic Boulevard, Beach Boulevard, Southside Boulevard and I-95.

 

Additional responsibilities of the Medical Office Manager III will include:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the physician's office including staffing
  • Staff scheduling
  • Profit/loss
  • Complaint resolution
  • Patient satisfaction
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Workflow efficiency
  • Vendor relationships and marketing

Education note: experience in lieu of preferred education considered.

Experience

  • Five Years Relevant equivalent experience in lieu of education Required
  • Three-Five Years Managerial Experience Required

License and Certification

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Preferred
