Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Nurse Manager for the Baptist Nassau Emergency Department.  This is a full-time, in-person opportunity that will support the Emergency Department at Baptist Nassau Hospital.

Baptist Nassau is a highly advanced, extremely well-equipped community hospital that provides a full spectrum of in- and outpatient services and 24-hour emergency care to coastal communities in northeast Florida and southeast Georgia. 

As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delegating tasks to the nursing staff;
  • Managing/checking the nursing schedule;
  • Ensuring all shifts are covered;
  • Conducting assessments and performance reviews;
  • Tending to patient care as needed;
  • Assisting physicians throughout the day.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Master's Degree - Nursing

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Nursing Experience

License and Certification

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
