Baptist Medical Center hiring an Occupational Therapist to join the Outpatient Rehab Team. This is a Part-Time position located at Baptist South Outpatient Rehab Clinic.

We are looking to hire an experienced Occuptational Therapist with our team. This part-time position will work with an adult caseload at our outpatient clinic providing general musculoskeletal care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Occupational Therapist, Adult Rehab Outpatient Department, Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
• Works with multidisciplinary team care.
• Provide patient care to help improve or restore function and prevent disability following injury or disease.
• Oversee support staff.
• Participate in departmental operations and performance improvement activities.
• Responsible for remaining within budget guidelines.
• Participate in mandatory education and licensure requirements.

• Experience with Post-Operative Orthopedic Care
• General outpatient rehab experience
• Splinting Experience
• Orthopedics

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Occupational Therapist Required
