Baptist Primary Care is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Primary Care office located in Mandarin. This position will report to work Monday through Friday.
This smaller, well established Baptist Primary Care office is located on San Jose Boulevard close to I 295 and The Buckman Bridge.
The Office Specialist II for Baptist Primary Care will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:
- Patient registration
- Check in and check out
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Telephone protocols
- Assisting patients as needed
