Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical Resource Coordinator to its Surgical Services team. This is a full time, days position, located in our Baptist Clay location.

As a full time Clinical Resource Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  •  Responsibility for specific specialty for coordination, preparation of assigned rooms/cases
  • Assessment of patients, anticipation of needs of the case
  • Facilitating any special needs of the surgeon
  • Meeting with vendors and keeps preference sheets current
  • Performing any role in the service - scrub, assist or circulate
  • Facilitating timely turnovers and 1st case starts
  • This position will be responsible for training, mentoring and orientation of new hires and ongoing competencies of staff

Baptist Clay Medical Campus is located on 32 acres at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway on Fleming Island.  The facility opened in May 2013 to bring the high-quality care of Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Health to residents of Clay County.

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Perioperative Nursing Experience

License and Certification

  • Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) Preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
