Job Summary
Baptist Health is currently looking to add a Registered Pharmacy Technician to our team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full-time, evening shift opportunity! The work hours are from 12:00 - 10:30 PM, rotating every other weekend. This is an entry level position and the perfect opportunity to gain experience in a clinical setting. This candidate will deliver medications to patient floors and stock the Omnicell dispensing cabinet. This candidate will assist with duties within the central pharmacy. A Pharmacy technician license in the state of Florida is required for this position.
As a Pharmacy Technician, your job duties will include:
- Assisting pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications.
- Maintaining the drug inventory.
- Maintaining patient records.
- Working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
