Baptist Medical Center is currently hiring a Radiology Technologist to join our Diagnostic Radiology Department at our Baptist South location. This is a full-time, days opportunity working a shift of Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

This Radiology Technologists Responsibilities include: 

• Performing high quality radiographic procedures.
• Promoting good will amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
• Reporting to Lead Technologist on shift.
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.
• Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.

Education Required

High School Diploma/GED

Education Preferred

Associate's Degree

Experience

• None Customer Service Experience
• None Radiology/Imaging Experience
• None Experience working in a hospital setting

License and Certification

• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
