Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Radiology Technologist in our Baptist ED St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. The primary responsibility of our Radiology Technologist is to ensure physicians and other members of a patient’s care team receive high-quality images they can use to make diagnoses or assess the success of treatments. This is a Part-Time, Weekends opportunity with shifts of Saturday & Sunday, 6:30a-11p.

Baptist ED St. Augustine is a brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment. This position offers competitive shift differentials with a relaxed, friendly beach-town atmosphere and collaborative team culture. In addition to the streamlined workload only consisting of basic ER and walk-in x-ray cases (no inpatient or OR!), this position also offers the flexibility to pick up extra hours at other locations if desired.

Radiology Technologist, Diagnostic Department, Job Responsibilities:

• Performs high quality radiographic procedures
• Promotes good will amongst co-workers and with other departments, and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients
• Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements
• Identifies, prepares, administers, and documents medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.

• Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
• Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
