Baptist Health is excited to announce openings for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Medical Surgical Units across all campuses, including Jacksonville, South, Beaches, Clay, and Nassau.

We are seeking full-time nurses for both day and night shifts.

In this unit, RNs typically manage a patient ratio of 6:1, delivering care to adult and geriatric patients who require advanced medical attention. Our hospital combines state-of-the-art medical services with resort-style amenities, addressing the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of patients and their families.

As a Registered Nurse in our Med/Surg unit, your key responsibilities will include:

- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process.- Organizing and supervising the care provided by support staff.- Coordinating care with ancillary services and involving patients and their families in creating personalized care plans.- Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and care plans.- Advocating for patients and managing their treatment for a variety of medical, surgical, chronic, and minor health concerns.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• Nursing Service Tech Experience
• Experience working in a health care setting

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
