Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join the Risk Management team.  This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to the Vice President of Risk Management and Patient Safety as well as the System Director for Risk Management.
• Coordinating meetings, meeting materials and taking minutes at meetings
• Composing correspondence
• Maintaining electronic file
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Creating PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, flow charts, reports, documents and use of other desktop technology tasks assigned.

***Strong Microsoft Suite skills required
