System Pharmacy Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Baptist Health is currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Pharmacy department at Baptist Medical Center. This is a Full-time Day Shift opportunity.

• Providing support for the employee health plan including pharmaceutical utilization and quality management.
• Assists 340B team with WAC penalty review, and appropriate purchasing patterns.
• Assists the Pharmacy Financial Analyst II with analysis and reporting for drug purchases, Value Analysis Team, P&T formulary considerations, Patient assistance programs, and cost savings opportunities.
• Assists with reconciliation of pharmaceutical invoices, credit rebill processes and other purchasing activities.
• Serves as a resource for drug and product information and assists in maintaining any prior authorization protocols as well as other ad hoc support documents that may be needed for revenue cycle.

Experience

• Over 5 years Pharmacy Billing Experience
• Over 5 years Healthcare Finance Experience

License and Certification

• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Preferred
