Job Summary
Reports to the Manager for Team Member Health and Wellness. This position will serve as the mental health resource for Baptist Health team members and spouses who engage in Employee Wellness services and will play an essential role in an interdisciplinary approach. Work with designated departments and Employee Wellness team to design and facilitate individual and group level interventions related to stress management, burnout, weight management and selected chronic disease interventions. Serve as a professional liaison between the Baptist Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and the Baptist Team Member Wellness Program, Healthy for Life. Working closely with the Manager for Team Member Wellness and Behavioral Health, this position will identify barriers to EAP use and work to design effective interventions and services to support Baptist team members to reduce those barriers.
