Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Vice President, Talent Management to join the Human Resource Administrative Team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.
Responsibilities include:
- Define and implement the strategy to win talent using data-based labor market insights.
- In conjunction with the CHRO, build a scalable recruiting operating model through more rigorous workforce capacity planning and management processes.
- Create world class branding and team member value proposition campaign in order to boost talent attraction.
- Create a candidate and hiring manager experience that is based on best practices and provides the organization with a world class model
- Drive high-performance, aligned team both internally and with the external RPO, to ensure joint accountability for recruiting, by focusing on the underlying drivers of team productivity, engagement and defined measured outcomes. Manage the overall performance of department against stated strategies.
- In conjunction with learning and development area, build the capabilities hiring managers need to support the skills-based hiring of the future.
- Understand and incorporate a systemic view across all programs.
- Define and manage budgets and monitor performance against them.
- Ensure there is development, coaching and mentoring of all staff within the department.
- Analyze the talent management programs to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and evolve talent management products, services, contracts and tools.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to talent management compliance and reporting requirements
- Oversee the management of all talent management vendor relations and drive results-oriented outcomes for service.
**10 years of experience required within Talent Management in a 3 billion-dollar Organization or larger.
