Baptist Health names Kimberly Jones as Senior Vice President, Chief Philanthropy Officer of Baptist Health Foundation

Kimberly M. Jones, MBA, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer of the Baptist Health Foundation. Jones is succeeding Michael D. Aubin, Baptist Health's current Chief Philanthropy Officer, who will retire on October 3, 2022.

Jones joined the Baptist Health Foundation in May 2022 as the Associate Chief Philanthropy Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in philanthropy and donor engagement in the non-profit sector.

Deeply rooted in the First Coast community, Jones previously served as the Chief Development Officer for UF College of Medicine - Jacksonville and Assistant Vice President for UF Health Jacksonville where she was responsible for all fundraising, engagement and development strategies and efforts across the continuum of donors. Before that, she held successive leadership positions at Jacksonville University (JU), where she successfully completed a $120 million comprehensive fundraising campaign in collaboration with trustees, alumni, friends and faculty. Prior to JU, she was the Director of Community Engagement at Feeding Northeast Florida.

I know she is looking forward to working with our generous donors to Baptist Health and Wolfson Children's Hospital."

Jones is active in numerous community organizations, including World Affairs Council, The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida and St. Paul's Catholic Church. She is immediate past chair of The Discovery School Board, and a member of Leadership Jacksonville's class of 2022. She attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.
