Job Summary
Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider - Supervisor (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing practice in Cardiology. This individual will function among all locations, with most of the time spent at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville (Downtown campus) and Baptist Medical Center South. The Supervisor would provide the link between both inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Heart Specialists team.
Schedule - Monday-Friday, clinic hours, with some potential call.
Scope - This position is a secondary administrative appointment as APP Supervisor with 50% of the position devoted to administrative duties and 50 % to maintaining clinical practice within his/her respective department consistent with the Nurse Practitioner PA job description.

- Minimum 3-5 years of Advanced Practice Provider Cardiology experience required
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Additional degrees such as MBA or MHA preferred
License and Certification
- Certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant Required
- Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) Required
- ACLS Required
- BLS Required
