Baptist Medical CenterMental Health Therapist to join our TEAM is hiring a. This is a Full Time Days hybrid (2-3 days in person) opportunity working with our Geriatric | Adult population.

The Mental Health Therapist will conduct intake and assessment, assign diagnoses and develop treatment plan for patients referred for mental health services. Provide treatment that is clinically necessary and evidence-based. Complete authorization requests as needed and maintain up-to-date medical records. Maintain state professional licensure and credentialing with insurance panels. Ability to develop rapport with patients; assess and diagnose patients using DSM criteria; develop a treatment plan; document treatment progress in keeping with Joint Commission standards; efficient use of EMR.

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
