Job Summary
Baptist Primary Care Lakewood is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner. The provider must be comfortable with Telehealth, Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams. Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

What You Will Need
- Master’s degree
- 3-5 years of working experience in Family or Internal Medicine Practice preferred
- Certified and Licensed APRN
