Job Summary

Baptist Heart Specialists is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practice Provider would provide outpatient care at the Baptist Health Sleep Center.

• PRN
• As needed coverage between the hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-430pm
• No call, no weekends
