Baptist Primary Care Physicians at Seven Pines Enjoy:
- Base salary of $260,000+ (based on experience), with a generous guarantee period and the ability to move into an uncapped RVU model at any time.
- $20,000 commencement bonus

- Shared call schedule with first-line nurse triage, minimizing off-hour call responsibility

- Supervision of APPs as an extension of your care team, allowing physicians to efficiently manage larger panels and provide timely access for patients
