Advanced Practice Providers
Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) are an important part of the Baptist Health team and help us increase timely access to care.
You'll see these advanced practice providers caring for patients in a variety of medical specialties at doctor's offices, hospitals, outpatient centers and emergency rooms. They have advanced medical education and work closely with physicians to diagnose and treat patients, and even prescribe medication.
Amy Crews, APRN Biography and Info
About Me
I was born and raised in Jacksonville and the mother of a 13-year-old son who shares my love and passion for travel and exploring new destinations. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants and being outdoors.
My philosophy of care is putting the needs of my patients first. I believe in going above and beyond a routine diagnoses to determine their underlying issues in order to deliver a proper treatment plan that results in the optimal health of each patient.
