Anna P. Gutierrez, APRN is a fellowship-trained Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience caring for adult patients with complex medical conditions. She has a strong background in the assessment and treatment of patients with a focus on promoting quality of life throughout their illness trajectory. She has practiced palliative medicine for most of her career and has extensive geriatric experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Anna is also fluent in English and Spanish.

About Me
I have called Florida my home for the past 30 years. I moved to Jacksonville in 2018 as an "empty-nester" following my daughters' graduation from college. I now live by the beach with my significant other and our 3 fur children. We enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures and ways of life.
I joined Baptist AgeWell given their proven track record in excellence of care. I wanted to be part of a healthcare system in which patient care is the priority. I believe that being part of Baptist AgeWell meets my objectives by complementing my areas of interest, values and goals.
