Kathleen Fort, APRN Biography and Info
Kathleen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from the University of North Florida and is ANCC certified. Kathleen practices independently and in collaboration with physicians while providing comprehensive care to oncology patients. She plays an integral role in patient care, focusing on managing acute issues for patients during their chemotherapy infusion. She is also a sub-investigator on multiple clinical research trials at BMDA. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me
When I am not working, I happily give my time to my family. I have a wonderful husband and two amazing small children. We enjoy day trips to explore historic St. Augustine, the zoo or the beach on the weekends.
I started my medical career working as a registered nurse in the hospital on an all-women’s oncology unit. Here I developed insight into the complex journey patients undergoing cancer treatment go through and decided to advance my career to help contribute to the mission of ending cancer.
