About Me

Having previously lived in the Seattle area I am enjoying the warmth and sun that the Sunshine State provides. My husband and I are big fans of the outdoors and we are hoping to instill that same interest into our son.

I passionately advocate for good nutrition and physical activity as methods for disease prevention and overall good health. I like to practice what I preach by cooking healthy at home as often as possible, and engaging in regular exercise; my favorites being biking, rollerblading and tennis.
