Tyler House, DO, is a board-certified internist and a former U.S. Navy physician. He previously practiced at Naval Hospital Jacksonville where he served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. Dr. House strongly believes in continuity of care and establishing meaningful and long-lasting relationships that will improve health outcomes. His areas of expertise include:

About Me

I moved to South Florida from New England as a child and my prior military service brought my fam-ily and I to Jacksonville in 2017. Since then, we have fallen in love with the community and have decided to raise our family here. My wife, who is also a physician, and I have two children and we enjoy cooking and exploring new restaurants. In my spare time, I like to cycle, surf, run and spend time with my family.

I practice evidenced-based medicine, while using a targeted approach to individualize care for all of my patients. I engage in shared decision making and collaborate with my patients to optimize their health and quality of life. The thing I enjoy most about medicine is the patient-physician bonds that are created throughout our encounters.
