About Me
I was born in Annapolis, Md., and feel right at home here surrounded by the water and many opportunities for outdoor recreation and the added benefit of warm weather. I enjoy hiking, cycling, sailing, and long walks on the beach with my family and dog.
In working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, addictions, bereavement, and relationship struggles, I strive to provide a confidential and empathic environment where one can feel safe to engage in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that often leave one feeling trapped, ashamed or hopeless. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients, empowering them to realize their potential, reduce the stigma associated with conditions, and transition to their most optimal selves.
I believe it’s important to give back to the community, and I recently joined an all-volunteer response team at Baptist Health to help support team members in crisis.
