About Me
As a native Floridian and graduate of the University Florida College of Medicine, it was a primary goal of mine to return home to contribute to the local community, and in the process have developed deep roots in the greater Jacksonville area. When I am not working, I enjoy writing, running, snowboarding, coaching, and playing sports with my children.
I take an individualized and compassionate approach when caring for my patients. Modern day orthopaedics requires that the surgeon demonstrates modernized and comprehensive skills regarding the administration of fiscally responsible and quality medical care. Communication and education are of utmost importance to provide my patients the ability to make informed decisions regarding treatment of an orthopaedic problem. I believe that the fundamental relationship between the surgeon and the patient be based on trust, mutual understanding, and transparency.
I believe in meeting patients’ needs through thorough evaluation and treatment designed to help them achieve an active, pain-free lifestyle.
