Taylor Leard, PA, has been practicing as a physician assistant since 2016. She spent most of her early career helping patients in the urgent care setting here in Jacksonville. She is excited to join Baptist Primary Care to develop meaningful relationships and to provide patients with a comfortable, caring environment. Her areas of expertise include:

About Me

I was born and raised in Jacksonville. I earned my undergraduate degree from FSU. Go Noles! I earned my PA degree from South University in Savannah, GA. I love Jacksonville and I am very grateful to be serving in the community I grew up in. I believe it is important to treat every patient as if they were a member of your own family and to provide the best care possible.
