About Me
I have lived in Jacksonville since 2018. My husband and I enjoy outdoor recreation as well as arts and culture.
My philosophy of care is to understand the client’s history and current concerns in order to create an individual plan that centers on reaching improved mental health in meaningful ways. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that takes honesty, trust, effort, and consistency in order to achieve positive outcomes. My aim is to provide life-long skills that clients can use to navigate new challenges they may encounter after treatment is complete.
