Kristen Kelley, PsyD

Kristen Kelley, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience working in hospital-based outpatient care. She takes a patient-centered, solution-focused approach to care, collaborating with her patients to identify goals for therapy. Kristen draws from a number of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive, behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment, therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies to help develop a deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves and align behavior with their core values. About Me

I have enjoyed living in Ponte Vedra Beach since moving here in 2013. I love spending my free time with my husband, our two teenage kids and our dog Sparky.

My philosophy of care aims to treat every single patient the way that I hope one of my family members would be treated if they were seeking care. I recognize that it is natural to feel ambivalent about entering therapy and/or changing a behavior or mindset. In considering this, I try to meet my patients where they are at in terms of motivation with unconditional acceptance, warmth, compassion, and curiosity. It is my belief that as people begin to understand, accept, and offer compassion to themselves, they are freed up to grow in ways that are important to them.
