Jarret Dreicer Biography and Information
Jarret Dreicer, FACHE, MHA, serves as hospital president of Baptist Beaches, responsible for the operational and strategic direction of the hospital that serves the beaches area.
Dreicer previously served as Vice President of Operations at Baptist Beaches, as well as Assistant Administrator. A Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, he joined Baptist Health in June 2005 as a research analyst and was named the system-wide director of Operational Performance Improvement in 2013. He was also on the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center leadership team for program implementation, and has been a member of various system-wide patient experience teams.
Dreicer earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a master’s degree in Information Age Marketing from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts and holds a master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of North Florida. He is also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dreicer is active in our community, serving as a board member for the Beaches Division of the JAX Chamber, Baptist Home Health by Bayada, DLC Nurse & Learn and Jacksonville Country Day School. He is also a member of the University of North Florida Health Administration Advisory Board, was a founding member of the University of North Florida Healthcare Administration department, and was presented the 2021 University of North Florida Administration Alumni Association Distinguished Alumni award. Dreicer was previously Chair for Beaches Habitat for Humanity and the Baptist Health United Way campaign.
Dreicer is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2018 and was named to The Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 under 40 list in 2017.
