• Memory difficulties as it relates to communicating with others
• Speech impairment or slurred speech

What Conditions Do Speech Therapists Treat?

• Swallowing and feeding disorders (dysphagia)
• Communication disorders, such as apraxia, dysarthria, or aphasia resulting from stroke or neurological disorders
• Memory and cognitive disorders
