No one wants to start the day on an empty stomach, but few people want to spend those precious minutes before work cooking. Oatmeal is a great option for breakfast because it is quick, packed with nutrients, high in fiber and will keep your belly satisfied for hours. But many store-bought versions are loaded with sugar.
Diana Rosito, Sr. Coordinator - Programming & Outreach for the Baptist Wellness Centers, gives us a quick, yet healthy option.
