Kip Deckerhoff, BSN, MBA, MSN

Kip Deckerhoff, BSN, MBA, MSN, is nurse executive for Baptist Medical Center Clay. Deckerhoff has been with Baptist Health for 30 years and has more than 22 years of nursing leadership experience. He started his career as nurse manager for Wolfson Children’s Hospital’s oncology unit and most recently served as executive director of Accreditation and Magnet for Baptist Health.

Deckerhoff earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville University, a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida, and a Master of Science in Nursing Health Care Systems Management from Loyola University.

Deckerhoff serves on the board of directors for The Way Free Medical Clinic in Clay County.

He and his wife, Tiffany, reside in Fleming Island. He has a passion for fishing and boating, and he is an avid Jacksonville Jaguars fan.
