Lisa Bradford, BSN, RN, CHC, CPT, CWWS

Lisa Bradford, RN has more than 30 years of experience in nursing, wellness coaching, and personal training. Her multi-specialty nursing expertise covers cardiology, neurology, and neurosurgery at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL. Driven by a passion for prevention, Lisa later transitioned into worksite wellness for an international company for 13 years. Lisa’s dream of working in a health and wellness role while also utilizing her nursing skills brings her back to Baptist Health in the role as a RN Wellness Coach.

Lisa has committed her life to improving her own health and wellness while acting as a role model, coach, and mentor to those she has the opportunity to interact with. Her personal victories include completing three marathons in addition to trekking to Everest Base Camp in 2014 and summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2018. Her collection of experiences gives her a unique perspective on living well and making lifestyle changes for a healthier, happier life.

About Me

I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends. Fitness is my hobby and very important to me. Over the years, I have mixed it up to keep exercise fun, interesting, and challenging (mentally and physically). It allows me to recharge my battery and unwind from a busy day. I am a travel enthusiast and enjoy off the beat places domestically and internationally.

My passion has always been health and wellness! I am working my dream job by assisting clients with their health & wellness journey along with utilizing my nursing expertise. I learned a valuable lesson from my patients that I took care of while working at Baptist Medical Center Downtown years ago. I learned that taking care of oneself is a top priority. Thirty-five years ago, I made changes in my lifestyle to be the healthiest that I could be.

I have been a Clay County native for over 30 years. I am excited to be bringing this accessible health service to my fellow neighbors and surrounding community. It gives me great pride to know that I will be working at the Baptist Wellness Center at Fleming Island. The Baptist Wellness Center is a place that will provide a welcoming experience where you will feel at home. I am looking forward to helping Clay County residents make a positive difference in their health.
