Paperless Billing Main Content
Baptist Health has moved to a paperless billing system to provide a more secure, convenient, and eco-friendly way to view your bills—anytime, anywhere.
Rather than waiting for a bill to arrive in the mail, you will be notified of new bills via My Baptist Chart, email and/or text, based on your communication preferences.
If you are unsure about paperless billing, don’t worry. You can opt out anytime by following the instructions below.

If you have a My Baptist Chart account
Click here to sign into My Baptist Chart and update your paperless preferences. You can also access your paperless preferences from the Billing Summary section in the main menu of My Baptist Chart.
Don't have a My Baptist Chart account?
Please fill out the form below and our customer service team will update your preferences for you. Complete the form again for each person in your household (over the age of 18) who needs a paper bill.
The billing department will refer to the paperless preferences of their parent / guardian for patients under the age of 18.
